yes i thought it was really good i put it on for my daughter to watch but ended up watching it myself instead of reading
I completely forgot about it, had been looking forward to it all over the christmas period, and then missed it. I'm gutted, hoping it will be repeated at some point as everyone who saw it said it was really good.
Yes, I have always been a fan of Emma Watson through the Harry Potter films (she is not how I really pictured Hermione in the books, but she still does a wonderful job). This film was a great period piece, yet still very relevant today. It's about following your dreams and caring about those around you more than anything (even acting, dancing, and flying).

If it was not for YouTube I would never have seen this beautiful film. I live in America, and they did not show it here. If you would like to watch it again it is split up into nice parts on YouTube. Part one can be found here:

i too saw the ad for it last week and thought i would like it then missed it when it was on. does anybody know if it is repeated? or can you say which channel it was on so i can maybe look on the net for it.
if you have virgin TV it is repeated on catch up TV for the next week
she was amazing.i was speechless at her brilliant performance.have yet to tell her.she was so nervous b4 the show prem and reviews..but now she's v happy and pleased.i loved how she transforms fr girl 2 woman in tht show.the script was average but EmW did a lovely job as Pauline...i like the story and plot too...d way she said her name 'pauline fossil' and she said 'i need to become an actress' wow,so sureal...it was like flashback 7 yrs 4 her...

I thought it was so good! What I especially liked was, you know that point at which Pauline is being really spoilt, and slamming doors and stuff? I just wanted to slap her - which to me was so good, because the fact that she was able to play a character so different to Hermione is brilliant! and all the other actors were so good - loved emilia fox and victoria wood.
